Most orders ship with The United States Postal Service (USPS) from our headquarters in New York, US.
Domestic orders: Shipping rates for purchases at Myfootshop.com are based upon the total item weight of your order and are calculated in real-time according to the current published USPS and UPS rates to your location. Priority Mail and Express Mail are available to all 50 of the United States and APO's. First Class Mail is available on some products that can be shipped safely in a padded envelope.
The USPS estimates delivery time for:
- First Class Parcel: 4-6 business days
- Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
- Express Mail: 1-3 business days
- UPS Ground: 4-6 days
- UPS Next day Air: 1-2 days
Orders with a subtotal of $70.00 or more qualify for free USPS shipping. Free shipping is only available for domestic orders and APO's. Myfootshop.com reserves the right to select the method of free shipping. Free shipping cannot be applied to UPS, Express or other expedited shipping methods.

Handling charges may be applied to a limited number of items that are over sized or are heavy. These items often require individualized packing and transfer to USPS or UPS.
Tracking: We use the utmost care in shipping your order correctly to the address you specify. Once your package leaves our hands and enters the postal or UPS systems, it is then the responsibility of USPS or UPS. If tracking information states your package was delivered, and you claim it was not, we must abide by what USPS and UPS state.

Will I receive a order tracking number? - Order tracking numbers are sent to you via email, upon fulfillment and shipping of your order.
When will my package ship? - Most orders ship within 24 hours. Special order items ship in 5-7 business days. All orders are processed by our credit card processing company at approximately midnight PST (time may vary). Orders placed prior to midnight will usually ship the next business day. Orders placed after midnight will require credit card processing at midnight the following day.
How fast is USPS Express shipping? - The US Post Office does not guarantee that all Express Mail will be delivered the next business day. There are many destinations that they say take 2-3 days, even when going by Express Mail. Rural areas are most susceptible to delays. If you call us, we can often tell you whether USPS expects delivery to your address in 1 or 2 days.
When requesting USPS Express or UPS Air shipping, it's important to remember that your item will not ship until your order clears credit card processing, which may not be until the day after you place your order.

Our experience with The USPS has been that Priority Mail is often delivered as quickly as Express Mail. We recommend Priority Mail to most of our customers.
Do you ship internationally? Our automated check out system is set up to process international orders, and we do ship internationally. If you have trouble processing your order online, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be glad to give you a hand.
Will I pay a VAT tax, customs fee, import fee or brokerage fee? (international orders) If they apply in your country, yes. Customs fees, brokerage fees, import duties, VAT, or any other tariff, levy or fee are not included in the purchase price or the shipping and handling charges. Such fees and taxes are under the authority of your residing country, and will be the responsibility of the receiving party. If you refuse your package or let it go unclaimed because you think the customs, duty or VAT tax fees are too high, you are still responsible for the cost of shipping. Once it comes back to us undamaged, we will refund you for the products, but not for the cost of shipping.
