Back Ordered Items

Back Ordered Items - Many companies maintain a policy of not charging customers until a back-ordered item ships.  By doing so, these companies must store your credit card information.  We believe that storing your credit information puts you and your credit information at risk.  Our policy is to complete your credit card transaction once and not store your credit card information.  We feel the security of your credit information is the most important issue.
 
We apologize in advance if one of the items in your order is back-ordered.  A back-ordered item ships as soon as it becomes available, but please keep in mind that the estimated time frame we give you is an estimate and reflects time in business days.  This estimate may be subject to change. 
 
We will email you when an item is back-ordered, and will give you our best estimate of when it will be shipped to you. Once it is shipped, you will get another email with its tracking information.
